Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email customer service at emily@followthefamiliar.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your order number, and mail your return to:Follow the Familiar

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to ten (10) days from receipt of your item for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund or exchange has been issued.
